    Clinical Pharmacist - Bank Shifts

    A comprehensive, patient-centered Clinical Pharmacy service is required at Bupa Cromwell Hospital.

    • Provide patient-centered Clinical Pharmacy service including participation in antibiotic stewardship round, therapeutic drug monitoring, medicines reconciliation and dispensary support.
    • Facilitate and promote rational and optimal medicines usage.
    • Provide relevant medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients.

    Key qualifications include registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, CPD portfolio and working towards RPS faculty accreditation, and experience in an outpatients pharmacy and managerial experience in a hospital environment.
