You will already have experience of working in a Secondary School and may be looking for a new challenge.You will be confident and assertive individual with strong Behaviour management skills to ensure a constructive classroom learning environment, as well as a talent for inspiring and encouraging others.
Your Duties will include supervising students during short term absences supervising KS3, 4 & 5 classes in carrying out a pre-prepared work.
It will also involve working as a Form Tutor or an attached member of a Pastoral team; liaising with teaching staff to discuss work set during staff absence, organising the return of completed work and supporting attached Faculties and departments.
You must also be ICT competent and have GCSE's grade C/4 or above in Math and English.We can offer you:
