Senior Practitioner
Be part of building something new with Moore House Group.


We are seeking a skilled and creative
Senior Practitioner to be part of our new Drummond Hall Service, based outside
the village of Stanley in Perthshire
.

This is an
exciting opportunity to play an integral part in the
development of a new service from the very beginning.


The successful applicant will support the management team creating a
welcoming and productive environment for both young people and staff and building a
diverse and dynamic residential team who are passionate about supporting our young people.


The role would suit an existing Senior looking for a
fresh challenge or an experienced Practitioner looking to take the
next step in their career.


Moore House offers safe and nurturing residential care for
Neurodiverse children and young people from all corners of the UK.

Collaborating closely with Moore House Academy, Dunkeld and our Culbrae Service as we seek to build a community for our young people.

These salaries will increase by 10% effective from 1st April 2024
Senior Practitioner Grade 1 (HNC/HND and SVQ3) £29,681.60, rising to £32,649.76

Senior Practitioner Grade 2 (Degree or above and SVQ3) £30,243.20, rising to £33,267.52

Senior Practitioner Grade 3 (HNC/HND and SVQ4) £31,345.60, rising to £34,480.16

Senior Practitioner Grade 4 (Degree or above and SVQ4) £32,448.00, rising to £35,692.80

Salaries noted exclude sleepover payments
