Our teams are expanding in Coatbridge and Airdrie and we're on the lookout for proactive, chatty and cheery individuals with a creative flare to join them as Support Practitioners.

We have various contracts up to 39 hours per week available.


The Role


You will be joining our friendly and dynamic team who support individuals with learning disabilities to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.


As a Support Practitioner, you'll play an important part in our team, ensuring that we provide the best care and support possible.

The main purpose of your role will be to support individuals who have a disability and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, e.g.

shopping, finances, cooking, medication, household tasks and personal care.

For this vacancy we will need you to hold a
full UK, manual driving licence.


All we need you to bring is;

  • A full UK, driving licence
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive approach to learning
  • Confidence in the use of computers
  • The ability to cook

Shift Patterns
We provide tailored support across our Community and Housing Support services. Some of our roles include sleepovers and waking nights.


Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £84 for an 8 hour sleepover or £94.50 for a 9 hour sleepover. For our Waking Nights you will receive your normal hourly rate plus a further £20 per night.
