What can you expect?
- The Risk Partner role facilitates Marsh colleague and client access to the range of capabilities in Marsh Advisory.
- You will drive Marsh Advisory sales and engagement with clients, offensive and defensive renewals and the IMPACT (new business) channel.
- Engage with clients both directly and with fellow Marsh colleagues in articulating the Advisory value proposition

We will rely on you to:
Client alignment- support the client teams in defining, creating and deploying propositions appropriate to the clients they support
Sales team participation - be an active and engaged member of the Advisory Sales and Engagement team: supporting client pitches and colleague engagement initiatives

New Business liaison - monitor new business pipeline and ensure appropriate Advisory proposition is embedded, and the best Advisory colleagues engaged to support the bid; central point of contact to source collateral for IMPACT team to include in bid

Industry alignment - work with Advisory Industry Leader to identity and organise Advisory propositions by Industry

Marketing liaison - work with Advisory Marketing BP to select and embed proposition in Marketing collateral

Develop proposition - by distilling, evolving or merging previous client deliverables, in partnership with Advisory colleagues
What you need to have:
- Highly developed communication skills ability to 'tease out' the client / colleague need and identify the best solution
- Strong organizational skills to build and maintain the proposition catalogue
- Excellent verbal and written reasoning to distill proposition down from multiple sources by focusing on the 'so what'
What makes you stand out:
- Confident communicator to enable communication of the value proposition to internal stakeholders and clients
- Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work toward and meet targets systematically
