About the Role - HR Advisor (6 months fixed term)

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including induction training.
Maintain accurate employee records
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Conduct exit interviews and analyse data to identify trends or areas for improvement
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Specifics:

Parttime (20 hours per week)
Fixed term (6 months)
Salary: £ £12.41 per hour
Proposed schedule of 1⁄2 day Tuesday, full day Wednesday and 1⁄2 day Thursday (negotiable)
Onsite at Anglia Freight (scope for some remote/hybrid working)
