We are am ambitious expanding business focusing on producing the best quality products, in a great team environmentHere are the details:
5 days/ week for this full-time role
Duties:
- Prepare pastries and cake mixtures and make and finish flour confectionary products by hand
- The ability to create high quality Viennoiserie
- Early morning and weekends rota basis 24am start
- Attention to detail is essential as we make quality products
- Working independently under pressure, and with team
- Receiving and checking deliveries, in accordance with food hygiene regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene control Stocking sales area
- Work in a tidy and efficient manner ensuring good housekeeping and safe practice
- Demonstrate good customer relation skills when dealing with others e.g. suppliers.
- Holiday's must be spread across the year, as negotiated
- Must have bakers or pastry chef qualifications

Up to £28,000.00 per year
