Finance Assistant:
Responsibilities:
- Review and document current financial procedures in order to assist with preparing an uptodate finance manual
- Process, upload and provide signed invoices to Accounts.
- Bank reconciliation
- Day to day management of the Accounts Inbox
- Other admin tasks as needed.
- Review and document processes to ensure that (a) best practice is applied, (b) the new CRM system is being used to its full potential and (c) to maximize recovery;
- Review and document compliance procedures to ensure that (a) best practice is applied and (b) to achieve full compliance across all payment processes;
Person Specification:
- Previous experience of System Implementation
- Good knowledge of double entry accounting
- Good knowledge of expense processing
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
