Our client, Atlas Maintenance Limited, provide well-respected, reliable and high-quality building services, installation and maintenance throughout London and the home counties.
As an Air Conditioning Engineer for Atlas Maintenance, you will work as a team undertaking maintenance work, replacements and new installations of commercial air conditioning units.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Installing, replacing and repairing air conditioning units
- Servicing air conditioning units and associated equipment
- Diagnosing faults on air conditioning units.
Person specification:
- Experience with commercial air conditioning; installations, replacements and repairing
- Full valid driving license is required
- F-Gas certificate is required
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A passion for learning about the latest technology and products
- Professional approach to work while able to build rapport with clients
- Teamwork
- Have a methodical approach
- Crossindustry experience is welcome.
Atlas Maintenance offers in return:
- £35,000 to £38,000 per annum depending on experience
- 22 days holiday per annum in addition to bank holidays, which increases with service
