Position:
Teaching Assistant (KS1)

Location:
Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Contract:
Part-time, x2 days per week (Thursday & Friday)

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in education?_

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and nurturing primary school in the Rotherham area.

They are seeking a committed individual to become an integral part of their team from December 2023, you will be required to work x2 days per week until Easter 2024.

The Role:
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the classroom teacher to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment for individual children

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Providing classroom support & oneonone support.
Helping to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

Relevant experience working with children in a school setting, ideally primary aged children.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
