Description
Our client is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their high performing team based in Staffordshire. The role will be reporting to a Head of HR and be responsible for- supporting line managers with resolving Employee Relations cases
- providing first line advice
- coaching and advising the larger HR team on Employee Relations updates
- supporting complex cases
- keeping up to date with UK Employment law and legislation
You will ideally either be in a similar role for another large complex organisation or be a HR Adviser with a real interest in the area and experience of dealing with ER cases
This is a site based role with some flexibility around core hours but you will need to be on site each working day
