Location:
Stevenage, SG1 4SZ

Contract Type:
Permanent - Full Time

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30

Salary:
£26,000 + Commission (realistically + 3,000 to 4,000)

Here at Restore Technology, we have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is looking for a permanent role working as a Sales Support & E-commerce Executive.

As a Sales Support & E-commerce Executive, you will be passionate about providing customers the best service possible.

In this role, you will be working alongside the Ultratec sales/purchasing team, the engineering team and the Ultratest product specialistto ensure the smooth running of the sales process internally and online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Support & Ecommerce Executive contributes to the growth of E-Commerce business by managing the online sales platforms, generating sales on eBay & website

Be the primary point of contact and build relationships with customers
Supporting the Ultratec sales team & Ultratest product specialist
Updating our internal database, producing IT quotes, inputting quotes, sales orders and invoicing
Managing the shipment of Ultratest products globally
Continuously provide firstclass customer service to all customers
Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and suppliers
Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
Liaise with the sales team and assisting wherever possible
Processing RMA and warranty (Stock item checks (photo's/Revision and firmware checks)
