You are a multi-skilled marketing pro with at least 5 years' marketing agency experience who:

• Is able to take a leadership role in the delivery of effective marketing strategy and integrated campaigns for clients.

• Is increasingly contributing to discussions regarding the strategic direction and development of client accounts.
• Has experience mentoring and training Account Executives.

• Is based near Marlow and looking for a local, regional agency to grow in and household name brands to work on.

We are a Marlow-based Integrated Marketing agency looking for a Senior Marketing Account Manager to join our dedicated Client Services team delivering impactful integrated marketing campaigns for the retail and destination brands we work with.

What do Senior Account Managers at BWP do?

Our Senior Account Managers are responsible for the seamless project delivery of marketing campaigns for our clients. This includes:

• Client management– being the key point of contact for your client, leading client meetings, managing their expectations (rather than agreeing to unrealistic requests) and building strong, productive relationships with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
• Project management– ensuring that no balls are dropped, all committed timings, budgets and deadlines are met, and the quality of output is to a high standard.
• Project delivery- overseeing the day-to-day administration of client accounts and the delivery of best-practice integrated marketing. Working closely with the internal creative, PR and digital teams to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of our campaigns and communication per the agreed strategic direction.
• Marketing strategy- contributing to the strategic direction of your client accounts.
• People management- being a supportive mentor and role model for junior members of the team including the management and development of Account Executives within your line.
• Agency growth–identifying opportunities for client growth and supporting the team with the creation of proposals including pricing and timings.

What do I need to showcase in my CV to stand out?

We're looking for someone with5+ years of similar agency experience. Experience working in the retail, fashion, lifestyle and/or commercial property sectors will also stand you in good stead.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has been managing large client accounts and is capable of producing client-worth work with little or no amends from an AD.
• Is contributing to discussions regarding the strategic direction and development of client accounts and creating client proposals.
• Has learnt the skills of delivering through others and mentoring junior team members to help with the delivery of day-to-day account support and admin.
• Isn't afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).
