Graduate Instructional Designer

An exciting new opportunity has become live for a Graduate Instructional Designer to join a market leader in Banking software.

You will work as part of the Publications Team in the private sector, working closely with your colleagues to ensure quality and accuracyof training as well as making a real difference within the company.

There is a big focus on training and development therefore face to face collaboration is important and you would be required to visit the Cambridge office occasionally (at least once a month)


Responsibilities include:


  • Developing and designing courses and content to be used internally and externally
  • Produce clear and easy to understand content
  • Review and update existing courses based on feedback from key Stakeholders
  • Bring your own ideas and creativity to improve content
  • Learn and develop skills as part of the programme

The successful Graduate Instructional Designer will have/be:

  • Experience or an interest in video creation and digital content
- "Can do" attitude

  • Selfmotivated and can work in a team or independently
  • Experience designing eLearning courses is preferred
  • Degree in content related field is preferred


In terms of salary on offer, you can expect a salary of up to £27k (which will be increased after the programme) and a range of excellent benefits.
