Salary:
£45, £70,000.00 plus bonus potential

Qualifications:


  • GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/Level
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Financial Services
  • Commitment to progress towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner

About you/About the role:

Lloyd & Whyte Group are currently seeking an experienced IFA to join oiuyr Financial Services Team.

KRA 1 = DOING THE RIGHT JOB - Conduct business cycle in accordance with company policy

- Adhere to a clear and consistent approach for capture of client information, specifically by asking questions in areas of their protection, aspirational and retirement needs on the basis of obtaining facts, clarifying and prioritising their needs and establishing their affordability levels

- Ensure this information is captured clearly to be passed across to our internal para-planner resource (in due course) and can be understood by other third parties

- Present back the findings/solutions from our para-planner resources so that the client has clear understanding of those and close all business cycles in line with company policy


KRA 2 = BUSINESS GROWTH - Activity & Personal Production
Hit all business related targets in accordance with those set out in the Adviser Remuneration Scheme document, specifically by reference to:

- Achieve and where possible exceed your funds under advice targets. In so doing ensure successful transition of existing clients across to our IFM proposition such that adoption of the new on-going FUM service charge is applied.

Ensure at all times that you adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements needed to meet our commitments to clients.

Take personal ownership of all business management related activities so that accurate and timely completion of all management information is assured:


  • KPI #
- Supply weekly activity and pipeline reports by 5pm on Friday afternoons. Discuss the content of such reports via weekly follow-up dial-ins with your supervisor where you will be expected to lead the discussion regarding achievement of quality by reference to KRA 1 and progress against targets by reference to KRA 2;

  • KPI #
- Maintenance and submission of monthly personal development reports as part of 1:2:1 development meetings/dial-ins with your supervisor;

  • KPI #
- Arrange activity to support bi-monthly supervisor accompanied client meetings where the minimum number of meetings should be agreed in advance with your supervisor.
