We have been awarded an Electrical Rewiring and EICR contract for North Ayrshire Council and are recruiting site manager(s) that have experience in social housing improvements.

The contract is for a duration of 4 years and offers stable long-term employment.

As a result we are recruiting a Site Manager that has experience in undertaking Electrical Rewiring and EICR in social housing.

For this particular role, we would be looking for the applicant to be able to supervise a team of operatives undertaking domestic rewires and electrical installation condition report contracts, H&S, Quality Control & job organisation.

Most commonly the role will involve the following duties:

surveying properties with external asbestos surveyor

- programme installations
- take-off of material and forwarding material requisition orders to buying dept
- quality control of EICR's,
- quality control of electrical rewiring
- review electrical certificates on NAPPIT software
- handover of electrical installation with NAC clerk of works
