Monday to Friday, daily shift.
Job description:
- Proficient in using the software Primavera P
- Design all project schedules and contract agreements and ensure the integrity of data in all project life cycles and prepare required reports to provide support to all clients.
- Prepare an efficient Contract Master Schedule and maintain knowledge of all key project milestones.
- Administer project from conceptualization to implementation and evaluate all issues.
- Design all planning controls for various levels and fabricate all resources.
- Design an efficient engineering schedule and prepare all vendor packages in coordination with project technical directors.
- Ensure compliance to schedule and manage all project deliverables and recommend an increase in all engineering processes.
- Administer all projects and assist in the appropriate distribution of all project hours.
- Evaluate all manhours spent on various activities and prepare accurate reports for same and maintain a record of all project progress.
- Evaluate all fabrication site and vendor schedules and ensure adherence to the contract master schedule.
- Ensure efficiency of all scheduled plant production with help of ERP business system software.
- Collaborate with all crossfunctional team to maintain quality assurance for all activities.
- Assist to identify and resolve all issues in normal operations and manage all communication for all schedule disruption.
- Perform audits on various plans and prepare all required documents and provide required training to all subordinates.
- Participate in all process engineering meetings. Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects.
- Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders.
- Breaking large jobs down into phases of development.
- Using project management tools to plan timeframes.
- Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project.
- Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change.
- Meeting with contractors and suppliers.
- Demonstrating knowledge of construction.
- Writing bids for the tender.
- Managing several projects with the support of junior planners.
- Working between offices and construction sites.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge on P6:
- Previous experience working on a heavy construction project in the UK.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
- Hold a CSCS card.
