Our client, a global business based in Leicestershire, is looking to recruit a Part or Fully Qualified ACCA / CIMA Accountant on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Summary

Working as part of a busy head office finance function, this role will support 3 subsidiary business and would suit an aspiring Finance Business Partner.

The Role

Month end management accounting and reporting including preparation of income statement, balance sheet, variance analysis and commentary.
Reconciliation of balance sheet items including the fixed asset register.
Annual budget planning and preparation of forecasts for 3+9 and 6+6 reviews.
Yearend collation of documents, schedules and analysis for audit and tax.
Standard costing review.

The Right Person

Part or Fully Qualified CIMA / ACCA Accountant
Experience in a Manufacturing
Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement
Advanced Excel (eg. V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Possess an enthusiastic approach to work
Be comfortable working in a collaborative environment as well as using own initiative
Ability to meet deadlines whilst demonstrating attention to detail and delivering high quality results.

The Package

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Hours: 8:30 to 5:00, Monday

Thursday, 8:30 to 4:00 Friday (39 hours per week)

Holiday: 20 days + Stat increasing with length of service

WFH: Hybrid 3 office / 2 home
