Pay Rate:

£10.72/h weekdays, £11.92 weekends

We are seeking a dedicated
Production Operative to join our team and contribute to the success of our Sublimation, Polymark, and Cut&Sew departments.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in the sublimation, polymarks, and cut&sew departments.
Ensure the efficient and accurate production of closing and accessories.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company specifications.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in production is essential.
Familiarity with sublimation, polymarks, and cut&sew processes is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work the specified shift pattern (BED 3 on 4 off

4 on 3 off) 6am-6pm.

Shift Schedule:

Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday
Week 2: Thursday to Saturday

Pay Rate:

- £10.72/h on weekdays
- £11.92/h on weekends
