    Recruitment Consultant – IT Recruitment

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in IT recruitment, preferably with 3+ years of experience in either a contract or permanent capacity. They should be proud of their achievements and results, and have the gravitas to build strong relationships with senior-level clients.

    To excel in this role, you must be an articulate, confident communicator, and be able to convey credibility to both new and existing clients and candidates alike.

    The successful consultant will utilize their specialized knowledge of the IT niche to identify and convert new clients, while also retaining existing client relationships. This will involve managing designated client relationships, maximizing sales opportunities through consultative sales techniques, and networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

    Ruella James Recruitment is a privately owned tech recruitment specialist business with over 15 years of experience. We pride ourselves on being a stable and happy team with enormous potential, currently working with a broad and international client base.

    We are excited about our imminent announcement of a prestigious fast-track award and our plans to expand our London presence with two new office openings in early 2024 in the UK and USA, with Europe on the horizon.
