Overview:
Key objectives:
- Ongoing scheduling of all training activities to ensure accurate and efficient utilisation of all personnel, facilities and resources
- Commitment to delivering an unrivalled level of Customer Service ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requirements
- Prioritise and plan workload effectively with the ability to process data in an accurate and timely manner
- Effectively create and manage lead activities within the CRM system, ensuring an efficient and organised handling of the process
- Manage conflicts or issues related to scheduling in a timely and professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a planning / scheduling role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient IT skills and experience in using computerised systems (MS officeincluding intermediate Excel skills)
- Minimum of two years' experience, gained within administration / customer service role
- Customer focused, enthusiastic and confident interacting
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Resilient, adaptable and able to work both collaboratively and independently
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
Up to £27,500.00 per year
