Overview:

Key objectives:

  • Ongoing scheduling of all training activities to ensure accurate and efficient utilisation of all personnel, facilities and resources
  • Commitment to delivering an unrivalled level of Customer Service ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requirements
  • Prioritise and plan workload effectively with the ability to process data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Effectively create and manage lead activities within the CRM system, ensuring an efficient and organised handling of the process
  • Manage conflicts or issues related to scheduling in a timely and professional manner

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a planning / scheduling role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills and experience in using computerised systems (MS officeincluding intermediate Excel skills)
  • Minimum of two years' experience, gained within administration / customer service role
  • Customer focused, enthusiastic and confident interacting
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to work both collaboratively and independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to £27,500.00 per year
