- Identify and close opportunities within client organisations that can benefit from our products.
- Build strong relationships across all levels, including C‑suite executives.
- Keep clients informed about developments in Sapiens' product and service portfolio.
- Act as the client's advocate within Sapiens.
- Expand our footprint within existing accounts.
- Contribute to defining and implementing go‑to‑market strategies.
- Own revenue and profitability targets as per agreed business cases.
- Collaborate with the Head of Account Management to achieve objectives.
- Ability to grow revenue within client accounts while managing profitability and costs.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience in contract creation and negotiation.
- Solid understanding of Sapiens products and services will be an advantage.
- Insurance/reinsurance and London Market experience will be an advantage.

About The Role
The Account Manager will be part of the Chief Customer Officer team - a dynamic, cross‑functional group focused on driving revenue growth within our existing client base. The role involves close collaboration with Pre‑Sales, Product Management and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability and a strong understanding of revenue growth opportunities within (re)insurance companies, syndicates, or managing agencies. While teamwork is essential, the ability to take ownership of initiatives and independently drive projects to completion is equally important.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in the commercial insurance market, excellent communication skills, with a background in account management or sales.
