Events Marketing Executive

B2B Marketing Services and Events

London office + Hybrid working, min.3 days in the office

Base Salary up to £30K + Bonus + Benefits

The Role

The Events Marketing Executive role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be responsible for delivering event marketing campaigns for a portfolio of B2B conferences, events and associated marketing products.

The events portfolio is varied andincludes a large scale flagship live event, digital events, webinars, fireside chats and more. The events are based in the UK & internationally. This role is fully supported by a great mentor and has huge potential for growth in-line with company expansionplans.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and analyse marketing strategies based on an understanding of the brief and market trends.
Deliver the annual marketing and communication plan for the flagship event, launch events and digital events
Deliver and improve on multi channel marketing campaigns.
Direct marketing activities
Create and deliver the Social media marketing strategies
Develop & manage media partnerships
Create or commission banners and ads as needed
Event website management using wordpress
Data build for your events
Copywriting / proof reading
Management of the event marketing budget for your events
Monitor and report on analytics
Project management

Who are you?

Graduate with a marketing or similar degree
1+ year of experience in b2b marketing, ideally in commercial events marketing
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your work
Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written)
The ability to analyse and report on marketing results
Self motivated and enthusiastic to learn and develop your skills
Can work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
Appetite to learn new systems and processes as new technology becomes available
Capable and successful working independently and as part of a team
Experience using HubSpot and Google Analytics is essential
