Hyde is looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor.

As an HR Advisor at Hyde you will be working within our Human Resources Team to deliver a professional HR advisory service to business managers across The Hyde Group.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage Employee Relations casework providing effective solutions.
Dealing with grievances, disciplinaries, capability and sickness absence.
Dealing with restructuring, Tupe transfers, redundancy and redeployment processes.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

Strong HR advisory experience, preferably within a multisite business
Employee Relations casework experience
Relationship management
