We are looking for a dynamic and highly capable School Administrator, to carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school, focused within HR and Operational Support.

The School Administrator will have excellent communication skills, being personable and professional at all times. They will be highly organised, able to take initiative and be flexible in the face of changing demands. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential, as is a working knowledge of confidentiality and discretion.


The hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm, with all INSET days (35 weeks per year).

You will receive a pro-rata salary of between £18,738 to £19,519 per annum (£24,000 to £25,000 FTE salary), depending on skills, experience and qualifications.

This includes paid holiday based on 25 days per year plus 8 bank holidays pro-rata. Staff benefits include free lunches during term time, free on-site parking and use of the school's sports facilities.

Collegiate Senior School occupies a glorious thirty-acre campus and has all of its facilities on-site. We are easily accessible from the motorway network, with approximately 800 students aged from 3 to 18.
