Hunter Mason are currently working alongside an architectural firm to source a Junior Estimator for this silage team. This role will entail supporting the process.

Ensuring that any silage is processed in a profitable and effective manner and is a great opportunity to start your career as an Estimator.

Your new role as an Estimator

As an Estimator your responsibilities will include the following:_
Preparation of tender submissions for all allocated work
Engaging with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, designers and utility companies (or similar) to ensure competitive an accurate tender is submitted
Establish the resources required for each project
Measuring and takeoffs from drawings to Buildup of tender price from first principles based on plans, programme and scope of works
Cost Planning
Producing billsofquantities
Pre and post Contract meetings with clients
Proactively seek new leads and fostering new client
