Description
Our client are a National leading M&E contractor with a strong regional presence in the North East.

They focus on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors with a strong pipeline of regional projects.

This client uses Asta however experience in P6 is also of interest as again training will be given.


As a Planner you will:

  • Work with the site team and main contractor to ensure the projects have fully integrated programmes sequenced to allow the successful completion of the project
  • Thoroughly study specifications, drawings and relevant contract documents/ correspondence in conjunction with engineers and surveyors
  • Carry out regular reporting on projects to allow the site team to understand the programme position in relation to progress
  • Liaise with the project team to ensure progress reports, progress percentages and dropdown programmes, are produced and issued in accordance with best practices

Desirables:

  • Asta or P6 qualifications/ experience
  • Familiar with NEC & JCT contracts
