Description

The Recruitment Business Partner is responsible for management and development of strong relationships with key stakeholders; leading and driving the recruitment strategy for the Trust.

The postholder must be able to operate in a highly complex environment with demanding stakeholders who have strong understanding of the NHS and have recruitment and HR experience.

This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and collaborative client-facing individual who will support stakeholders, ensuring a best practice approach to recruiting is adopted To analyse and use management information (from TRAC and other sources), to support discussions around recruitment activity and proposals on new attraction and selection strategies for the future, with HR colleagues To be the focal point for all recruitment queries across the hiring To proactively ensure that all recruitment activity required is delivered effectively to agreed timescales and quality To ensure that the core recruitment service is delivered effectively in line with contractual agreement and drive the provision of value added service where appropriate.
