A well regarded West End firm are seeking a 5+PQE Planning solicitor to expand their busy practice.

Since their inception in 1701, the firm have built an exceptional reputation for its work with UHNW individuals and other high profile clients, including The Crown Estate.

With real estate being a cornerstone of the firm's practice, their planning team is highlyacclaimed in The Legal 500 with a particular focus on urban development and community projects.

You will be advising a range of clients including private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds, charities, institutions and landed estates, banks, international investors and high net worth individuals.

On a day to day, you can expect:

Drafting and negotiating s106 and other infrastructure agreements;
Advice relating to listed building and planning control (including enforcement action);
Advice relating to contentious planning matters including judicial review and planning inquiries;
Advising on the Community Infrastructure Levy;
Advice relating to compulsory purchase and compensation;
Assisting our environmental practice on regulatory matters.
