SCHEDULER / DISPATCHER

Scheduling and Dispatching Service & Maintenance Engineers

SALFORD QUAYS

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
I am seeking an experienced
Scheduler /
Planner who can multi-task and would enjoy working in a high-paced environment.

The primary focus of this role is
scheduling maintenance visits and dispatching Service & Maintenance Engineers out to customers.

My client is a hugely recognised National Fire Life Safety and Security Service Provider.

As my client's new
SCHEDULER / DISPATCHER your duties will look like this:

Scheduling maintenance visits and dispatching Service & Maintenance Engineers to customers
Proactively monitoring engineer's activity
Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time.
Ensuring your engineer area is clear of jobs at the end of the shift.

Salary up to £24,000 dependant on experience

About you:

At least 2 years' experience in a
scheduling and/or
planning role.
Ideally you will have worked with engineers, contractors, technicians, tradesmen etc previously.
You will be excellent communicator with a good telephone manner, highly organised and customer focused.
Team player
Accustomed to working in a busy fast paced environment.
Good attention to detail.
