Enrich Education - Job Description

Sports and Events Coach
Enrich Education is the official Education Partner of QuidditchUK and the Quidditch Premier League. Quidditch is a fast, physical, and highly active sport, which is growing in popularity with young people everywhere. Enrich is developing Youth Quidditch nationwide, by providing school events, staff training, official equipment, tournaments, and much more.

Enrich Education is seeking to recruit responsible, reliable, and enthusiastic multi-sport coaches. The role will involve delivering sports and education activities in schools across Merseyside and the United Kingdom.


Key Responsibilities for the Role:


  • To lead sports and education activities, including events, curriculum, and extracurricular lessons, mainly in Primary Schools, across the UK.
  • To ensure Enrich Education's safeguarding, health, safety, welfare, and supervision policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • To carry out appropriate checks on equipment, venues, and facilities.
  • To administer the necessary procedures for any incident or accident that occurs to any participant under supervision.
  • To undertake any necessary training.
  • Ability to organise, plan, deliver, and evaluate sporting activity sessions.
  • Qualified to one or more Level 2 or higher sports awards, or PE Teaching Qualification (including if currently undertaking course).
  • Previous experience coaching young people in a sports/activity setting.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving License essential.

Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
