World of Sweets is one of the UK's leading confectionery suppliers, our ranges include a large range of branded chocolates, American novelty sweets and wholesale pick and mix.

We are part of a group of companies incorporating Hancocks Cash & Carry, Bonds of London and Bobby's Foods.

We are currently looking to recruit an
EDI Co-ordinator to join our Customer Services Team based at our Offices in Sutton-in-Ashfield (NG17 5LN)

As the EDI Co-ordinator you will be responsible for handling the EDI system anmd processes across the World of Sweets team and managing the bluejay / freeway orders, invoices and rejections.

Core Objectives:

Processing orders and invoices through freeway
Processing orders via Bluejay
Investigating, diagnosing and managing invoice rejections
Weekly reviews with CC to ensure CS have visibility of customers whose invoices are overdue and ensuring action is taken within CS
Daily EDI reviews with CSM to update and track EDI rejections
Sending weekly EDI invoice summary to SAP customers ensuring any invoices not received are identified and fixed
Managing changes to buying groups within SAP and freeway to ensure information is updated in timely manner
Managing changes to partners in cloudbased system
Liaising with sales support lead if rejections are related to product set up
Raising and owning service tickets with EDI cloud providers
Escalating issues with EDI management team tickets are not resolved in a timely manner
Onboarding new customers within EDI (Bluejay and Freeway)
Setting up new products in EDI (Bluejay)
The coordinator will work with the CSM to identify and drive business improvements to deliver Improved service and cash flow

With great interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team, you will be a confident influencer an d supportive team member.

The ability to understand technical data and knowledge of EDI systems would be preferred although full training will be given.
