Description
The main purpose of the Quality Engineer is to manage and improve document management system, ensuring full compliance

  • This is a multiskilled role where the job holder will be expected to undertake a wide range of internal audits

Main Duties

  • Provide metrics that are compliant to, raise issues and manage resolution on: other committed assurance schemes
  • Manage the Data Management System (DMS) for the business, liaising with IT for the digital platform
  • Vet controlled documents before they are adopted into the quality system; ensure they coordinate and reject them if they are not of a sufficient standard
Other business improvement and development projects as agreed Internal Audit

Ensure internal & cross-functional audits and reviews are done

  • Where internal audits are allocated to the Quality Engineer, plan, organise and complete them
  • Provide a sounding board on the development of operational processes and documents
  • Report on Quality Metrics and Risk Management issues External Quality Assurance Audits
