Service Controller
  • Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE

Location of the role is near to Nuneaton

Permanent, full time role - 40 hour working week Monday - Friday

The role of the Service Controller

  • As the Service Controller you will support the service operations with parts, logistics and customer service
  • Ensure all parts and aftersale issues are dealt with and progressed.
  • Progress and chase supplier orders and back orders.
  • Handle returned items, carriage, credits and other charges.
  • Raise Sales Orders, purchase requests, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Liaise with engineers to identify additional parts and provide quotations to customer

As a our ideal Service Controller, you will have the following:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Previous strong administration experience within the construction industry
  • Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A motivated and organised approach with excellent customer service skills
