The Talent Acquisition Team at Green Park is responsible for ensuring the company has the best talent at its disposal, who have right blend of skills to deliver exceptional work for our clients.

This role description covers the main aspects of the Recruiter role. However, a job description is not a box that you are put in. It is a definition of your core responsibilities. In a company like ours, you are encouraged and expected to contribute to many wider issues.


Responsibilities

  • Be Responsible for recruitment & staffing from endtoend processes for fulltime employee and, freelancers/contractors.
  • Proactively source/seek out freelance and permanent talents.
  • Build a data base of potential hires for each key position across Green Park, that we have connected with and confirmed the potential interest of.
  • Participate in weekly recruitment meetings, updating attendees on progress of live recruitment and seeking out briefs for new roles.
  • Placing job advertisements, screening CVs and providing shortlists to hiring managers for review.
  • Schedule interviews and arrange task/assessment completion as required.
  • Coordinate onboarding process in liaison with other teams
  • HR administration and adhoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment (Media/Creative agency background desired, but it's not a must)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work swiftly, manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.

Hours are 9.30 to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. (Remote & Office based).
