Communications Manager - CREATIVE AGENCY


FULLY REMOTE
£70k + bens


We are looking for a Communications Manager, to work collaboratively within an agency client-facing team on internal (and occasionally) external communications projects.

This role will oversee communications work from strategic development to production,to launch and to metrics review. Marketing and copywriting skills are required for this position.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop content and manage creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
  • Build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals
  • Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs
  • Liaise with internal studio teams such as; graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production and video postproduction to manage asset creation from brief, creative to execution
  • Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative techniques to ensure that campaigns are creative and engagement preference driven
  • Research and understand key business challenges, customer behaviour, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impact programs within the business and assigned departments
  • Provide handson marketing support for assigned project teams
  • Identify and present opportunities for consistency in messaging and customer experience across communications channels
  • Identify and drive opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
Requirements and Skills

  • At least four years experience as a Communications Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (oral and written)
  • Strong, versatile copywriting skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Minimum four years marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience with all types of social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with internal communications platforms (e.g. Yammer, Sharepoint, MSTeams)
  • Experience working in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including; SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including; Cvent, SpotMe and Power Virtual Agents (desirable)
  • BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications or similar (desirable)
