The Role
The Customer Service Administrator will be expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment carrying out all administration duties as required to support the office, and giving our customers an exceptional level of service.
The Person
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and allocating to the correct department and /or person.
- Carry out 10day fill calls with customers and log accordingly.
- Carry out preproduction calls ahead of any products going to manufacture.
- Assisting in communicating installation and delivery dates to customers.
- Collate and issue completion certificates and issue to customers
- Collate and issue Operating and Maintenance manual alongside warranty certificate and issue to customers
- Updating and maintaining data on our bespoke system.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer care, accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management team, to ensure the needs of the business are met.

- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office
