Sales Negotiator/local Property Agent - Hadley, United Kingdom - Rayner Personnel
Description
Working closely with our Local Property Partner and reporting to the Area Director, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with both vendors and buyers, whist managing client expectations and providing a knowledgeable service.
Your responsibilities will be to carry out viewings, open houses and sell ancillary products, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of our company.
You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, managecustomer relationships and customer contact post-instruction as well as identifying and converting property buyers to sellers.
What do we look for in our Local Property Agents?- Customer service skills and sales experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an amazing customer experience
- An interest in the local property markets and market trends
- UK clean driving license
