Title:
Wood Assembly Operative / Production Operative
Our client who are experts in export packaging solutions are recruiting for assembly operatives to join their expanding team.

Located in the Lakeside area of Redditch, long term assignments with the potential of a permanent contract after the completion of a successful trial period.


The company specialise in the design and manufacture of Industrial and domestic export packaging, such as timber, softwood, ply board and metal edge cases and crates.


Duties will involve the following;

  • Assembly of timber packaging / crates and pallets using softwoods and ply board
  • Use of power tools such as drills and handsaws
  • Measuring timber and following basic assembly instructions
  • Daily housekeeping duties of shop floor

Shifts and Pay rates;

  • Monday to Thursday
daily

Long weekend each week unless you want to do overtime:

  • £10.92 per hour

Overtime paid at £14.

56 per hour:
-
Overtime paid after 40 hours
