Remote working Executive Assistant- 3 Month contract
About Our Client:
The client is a charity organisation looking for a full time remote Executive Assistant to support the EA and CEO.
- Being the point of contact for general communications with their boss.
- Answering calls and routing them to the right person.
- Booking travel for the executive officer they work for and keeping track of their itineraries.
- Planning and scheduling meetings.
- Recording the meeting and taking action points.
- Researching and organising data to represent the senior management, which may include directors, executives, and committees.
- Compiling expense reports.
- Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience
- Highly organised
- Articulate
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Can work under pressure
- Good attention to detail
