Are you a seasoned professional in running customer support Helpdesk services? Do you possess the technical prowess to navigate CAFM software packages and graphic software like Adobe? If so, we want you to be our clients next Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator with a focus on Planned Maintenance.


Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will act as the linchpin for the efficient operation of our clients help desk


Your duties will include:

Maintenance Scheduling:
Oversee planned maintenance schedules and ensure compliance.

System Management:
Log calls into our CAFM system, assign trades, process updates, and more.

Client Interaction:
Attend client meetings, send reports, and contribute to a diverse, multicultural environment.

Ongoing Development:
Support ongoing development of CAFM system and contribute to the improvement of facilities management services.

Your Contributions:


  • Professional Call-Handling: Act as the first point of contact for all service requests.
  • Reporting Maestro: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly service reports from the CAFM system.
  • Reactive Maintenance: Support Managers in overseeing reactive building services or fabric maintenance tasks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of Helpdesk procedures.
