Position:
Change & Transformation Trainee Consultant

Location:
Theale based office, UK Driving License essential

Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience plus bonus

Perks: 25 days annual leave with increases after 3 years, Perkbox benefits, 5% pension contribution, BUPA health care, Annual bonus paid twice yearly.


Working for a company with strong team foundations and family friendly feel your role will be to join a team who are top of their game working with companies who wish to imply change and transformation into their teams.

Your role will include learning the heartand sole of the company, the type of clients they work with and understanding the full life cycle.

About You

  • You'll need excellent communication skills with a persuasive edge
  • Be able to work at a fast pace
  • Want to develop into a consultant and be on client sites 4 days per week after 6 months in the office this means your hotel stays, food and fuel is covered whilst your away from home, where you'll also be saving on your energy bills whilst you're notat home
  • You will need to drive with access to a car or be well on your way to passing your test
  • You will ideally have a degree and a strong level of secondary education.
