Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Verify expense reports and prepares reimbursements
  • Analyse purchase requests according to the company's procedure
  • Manage the accounts payable function, obtaining approvals, posting, and requesting payment of supplier invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger
  • Compare reports from systems to actual balances
  • Support the accountants in closing the books every month
  • Provide status of financial condition by collecting and interpreting financial data
  • Other duties reasonably assigned

  • Exceptional attention on details
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic accounting and highlevel mathematical skills
  • Experience in managing processes & developing standards
  • Superior communication skills

Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 2+ year of experience in a similar post
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Qualified in accounting
  • Experience in using accounting softwares
