Conveyancing Paralegal - £30k - Office Based - Must Drive - West Sussex

Leading Sussex law firm looking for Conveyancing Paralegal to undertake a busy and varied workload, working with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors and colleagues.

To have responsibility for such caseload as shall be agreed between you and the Partner(s)responsible for the area(s) of work previously agreed and to act efficiently and effectively in respect of such caseload.

To always ensure that you have the necessary knowledge of the area or areas of law in which you are engaged so as to attain proper professionalstandards, and to keep up to date with developments in the area or areas of law by reading appropriately and attending such training course as shall be approved by the Partners.

The Role

To ensure that the billing of files is carried out efficiently and at the earliest opportunity.
Providing efficient and friendly service to clients
Assisting with the exchange of contracts
Preparing and drafting legal documents
Conducting searches
Dealing with post completion matters

As a Paralegal within the firm, you must have the necessary personal and professional qualities to ensure that you can carry out the duties outlined above, you must be committed to the aims and principles of the firm as set out in the Introduction to theOffice Manual.

You may be required from time to time to help at other offices where appropriate, so own car is needed for this role.
