£50,000 Pro-Rata:
  • 3 days a week**A growing management consultancy firm is looking for a PA Team Manager to join their London team.

    This is an amazing opportunity to put your experience and expertise to work by coordinating a full team of Personal Assistants.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the PA Team Manager, you will act as the mentor and manager of the support team.

You will need to adapt and accommodate the needs of the partners and ensure that these needs are being met.


  • Coordinate and manage the PA Team
  • Taking an active role in the training and development of team members
  • Effectively and fairly assign duties to each team member based on Partner's needs
  • Ensure work is being completed to a high standard
  • Predict and prepare for future support needs
  • Provide PA support when necessary

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 4 years of PA experience
  • Experience as a PA to Board members
  • Experience in a management position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A people person with experience in managing people
  • Having a second language is not a requirement but is a bonus
