Our core services revolve around passive fire protection, which includes fire stopping, fire door surveys/inspections, maintenance, and installation.Requirements:

Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience in a construction and/or fire inspection/safety company
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting in compiling professional standard presentation materials and documents in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint
- Overseeing document execution and ensure adherence to governance processes
- Undertaking a wide variety of administrative duties for the Directors such as expense claims, mileage submissions, travel itineraries and accommodation bookings.
- Organise corporate and staff events as required such as conferences, workshops, social events.
- Prepare risk assessments and job files for site
- Arrange follow up appointments for maintenance and manage staff working diaries
- Act as point of contact and liaison to the contractors and subcontractors
- Carry out any additional administrative duties to support the business
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
