Job Title - Collections Advisor

Location - Whetstone, Leicestershire

Salary - £19,110 basic

Type - Full time, permanent

Benefits - Pension, holiday, team events, onsite parking, training opportunities plus many more

Hours - Monday - Friday

Where would I be working?

The company we are working with is an established business who are looking for a Collections Advisor to join their friendly and growing team.

The company will provide you with all the necessary support and training to be successful in your role and enable you to showcase your skillset so experience in this area isn't required.

What would I be doing?

Our client is looking for motivated and ambitious advisors to support their global client base working from their head office in Leicestershire.

This role is phone based and is not a door knocking customer facing role.

What the company requires?
As a Collections Advisor, you will have knowledge of customer service techniques and ideally the below:

Confident on the phone
Target driven and the ability to work to KPI's
Work to achievable monetary targets
Have a candoattitude and an ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Other languages would be desirable but not essential

Additionally, attention to detail and excellent record keeping is critical to ensure that communication with customers is documented.
