Salary:
£55,000 per annum

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Contract:
Permanent

Hours:
Full time - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (Hybrid working)

COMPANY PROFILE

Our established client based in the heart of Welwyn Garden City are seeking the right individual to join as their Commercial Sales Manager.

You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in delivering a commercial sales team and experience of selling solutions across multiple platforms.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Proven experience in delivering a successful commercial sales team
Experience in leading, influencing, and inspiring teams
Selling solutions across multiple platforms
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
An analytical critical thinker
Strong knowledge of training sales
The ability to quantify business benefits and define relative business value
Professionalism and commercial awareness
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define commercial vision and strategy
Manage and lead the commercial team
Monitor sales performance and responding to that performance
Deliver commercial KPIs
Review the market to ensure that our commercial products are fit for purpose
Engage with the marketing team to ensure the success of our commercial products
Support the Head of Product to develop a roadmap for commercial products
Ensure the highest customer service levels are delivered
Communicate commercial vision, strategy, and plans
Working collaboratively with other teams within the business
