Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Head of Early Works Packages to join our team in NEOM.

Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan.

It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

The Head of Early Works Packages will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the early works packages for the cognitive cities workstream of THE LINE project in NEOM.

Develop and implement the initial packages related to the cognitive cities workstream of THE LINE, including the design, procurement, and construction of the necessary infrastructure
Oversee the coordination of the early works packages with other workstreams on THE LINE project
Work with other departments to ensure that the initial packages meet the needs of all stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the construction industry
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in construction technology
Lead a team of experienced early works professionals
Ensure that the early works packages are aligned with the cognitive cities vision for THE LINE
Work with other departments to develop and implement innovative use cases for early works in cognitive cities

Master's degree in a technology infrastructure related field.
Prior years of experience in the technology industry and project delivery.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for creating a better future through technology
