We are working with Primary,
Secondary and SEN Schools in
South Derbyshire, assisting in their recruitment for a
Teaching Assistants to join their team to work with them on a
long-term or
permanent basis.


The positions have need to start
immediately, as well as from the
15th April (Interviews and trial days being held in March).


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Support students in their academic, social and emotional development.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of all ages.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
  • A DBS on the update service (or willing to get one)
